"Development" is EEEEEEVERYWHERE! Cookie cutter / CRAP sub divisions are popping EVERYWHERE with ZEEEEEEEEEEEERO accountability towards "Developers". They pack up and move along and then........O.....M....G!!! We are short of SCHOOLS........Fire Dept Stations.....Police Officers!!!!! A VERY WELL KNOWN / RECURRING issue! But it happens again n again n again. There is ZERO accountability for what I think is CRIMINAL behavior.

I USED to be a proud Floridian but want OUT! Jacksonville is all that I described PLUS sinking into being a GIANT GHETTO! Me and my Wife REALLY want to move to North Georgia some day....The Cleveland area. Just not sure it will be possible.
