several of those years we had two that overlapped in ages

when we first got married , we got Kasey a black and tan female

then we had Ben , a all black male

then Jerry Lee , a black and tan male ( yes , named after the movie K9 )

then Nick , a black and red male

then Manfred , a sable male

and now we have Lily , and black and red female

all German Shepherds

Manfred passed away about two years ago , and it's only been Lily ever since , she'll be 3 this spring
