Interesting..

I went to my local paper's site and did a search for Yoakum.. there WAS a review of his show.. I read it, it sounded exactly like the show I had seen - except they were praising him for performing so well.. then I checked the date of the article: 2017.. I guess he played here then, as well.. had a totally stripped down show and the sound was awful and the only glitz was the sequined jackets the band was wearing.. sounds exactly like the show I just went to.. weird..

Interesting question whether that was him, or not.. I guess there would have been no way to tell if he was an imposter.. poor sound, couldn't understand the words, so wouldn't have to be a dead-on sounding impersonator.. I really don't know, Mama, but that's an interesting point..
