From the late 1950s. That guy was total class. There is a part of that show where a fella from The Alaskan Playhouse, tells the host about Karloff donating all of his earnings to help the School. Karloff's reaction was almost that of embarrassment. He was not looking for pats on the back. Just a great guy.
