usually wear shoes and socks (at work) or out and about
any way, been at home for about a year, barefoot, crocs or flip flops (and t shirts and shorts). My heel got dry and I felt this pain and looked and my heal wondering what it was- it had become rough and dried and cracked about a 2 -3 inch slit like a cut. I guess women often have dry heels from the types of shoes they wear. Little thing, but weird like a giant papercut. My wife says I have to moisturize my feet LOL....WTF! it sucks getting old.
