Why, yes, I DID reseed the front yard last week (when it was sunny and in the 70's all week) and the hoses have been iced over for 3 days, so I can't water and now its snowing.. you literally cannot make this up..
..and yes, I know the snow will melt and water the yard, but its - I'm sure - dead already..
