One where I actually went to my store destination and had your same happening . . . the one place where I can get a certain pancake mix that I love. I went to the store website where it clearly showed that the product was in stock. Calling the store is a waste of time as they will transfer your call to the department that handles that product but never answers the phone.

So I put all my trust in the website. . . big mistake. The only saving grace was that I had to be in the area anyway, so it wasn't like I made a special trip.
But never the less. . . lo and behold. . . it was sold out.

In the web we trust. . . BS.
