I took an in depth Woods / Brush Fire class about 8 years ago.

I was amazed at the science behind fighting woods fires. You BETTER know what you are doing!! As dangerous as it can be here, I can only imagine being on hills and mountains. They can burn so intense that they can affect weather patterns. I also learned that they are capable of rendering you unconscious before the flames get to you. They suck the oxygen out of the air. I have a HUUUUGE admiration for Forestry Firefighters.
