the definitely do in College... like where my grandson is playing. Not sure how often he gets tested.. it IS random and they aren't told when they're going to be tested.

During my grandson's recovery from foot surgery he was exempted from the tests but as soon as he was off the med's they knew, somehow, and he got tested.
