Just look up some of the ways to remove them - basically they are just a "tube" with a flattened head (that you can see) and the other end flares out past the thickness of the plastic, which is what holds it in place.. So, generally to remove it, you need to be able to pry underneath the head and pry upwards so that you flatten out the flared end and then the rivet can be pulled up all the way out of the hole.. Or possibly being able to break the head off, which might be easier.. If you run into trouble, I'll try to look in on ya every now and then and advise, if I can..

Hard part is not breaking the plastic while you're doing it..
