Yeah that's where a drill press..

would come in handy.. Normally I'd say take a punch and a hammer and punch a divot in the rivet to hold the drill bit, but if you do that, you'll crush the toy.. Hmm.. I'll think about it for a while and see if I can think of a way to hold the drill steady.. like I said, a drill press would be perfect.. enclosing a pic of one.. you put the toy on the little shelf thing, then rotate the thring prog handle thingy to raise and lower the bit perfectly into place..
