I'm not that put off by the best players coming together.. parochial or otherwise. At the same time YES, it's very unfair.
So I don't have any answers.... but I do think, feel rather certain actually, that the best players in any sport are only helped by playing alongside others of similar talent... and that, in and of itself, isn't a bad thing... I don't think.
It's bad that they play against teams who can't or don't do that.
I haven't got a clue how one could reconcile those two things... don't think it's possible actually.. so my personal opinion is I'm against it... but at the same time think it's helpful for the truly elite athletes.
