I had a sleep test done..

about 20 years ago... back then, they wouldn't allow me to take any of my regular sleeping pills.. I was working rotating shifts (days/nights) so need lots of sleeping aids to sleep.. they wouldn't allow me to take any, so after they hooked me up to 150 wires and had two cameras on me, I never was able to fall asleep.. I was also scheduled for the test well into my night schedule at work..

So, I never fell asleep and they never bothered to reschedule the test.. So, I KNOW I have sleep apnea (feel like absolute crap in the morning, every morning) but have lived with it for over 20 years.. one day I may try to redo the test..
