I also know quite a few people who use the mask due to sleep apnea. I'm somewhat of a skeptical person when it comes to health aids....

Here's what is puzzling me... every single person I know who uses the mask swears by it... as far as good sleep, and waking up at least somewhat refreshed... (lots of complaints about having to wear the mask however).... and I can't help but thinking, "too good to be true".

As for the test you know what is terrifying me? Having to sleep on my back. I cannot do that. I seriously do not think I will fall asleep for the entire night. - JamesJM
