is does bother me when they stick knife in the back of history, but quite often I'm able to just rise above that and try to enjoy the movie for the fiction it is.. smiling smiley

I think wha most bothered me about The Patriot was that in the movie, the Brits supposedly locked the towns people in a church and burned it to the ground, whereas in reality, the Germans did that to the Brits in WWII, if I'm not mistaken.. So, the Brits kind of got screwed in being blamed for a horrific act of war that they actually suffered from in WWII..
