vs people aged 18-30........most under 25. What was I thinking?

I played center defense and keep smashing into this giant ex military guy who was 24. I'm Italian so I throw shoulders and elbows (and basically shove). Keep in mind at any time he could have picked me up and thrown me across the field into the other goal.

I held my own, but man after 15 minutes I thought I was gonna have a heart attack....I did play the whole game and gonna start playing regularly again as we play in 2 weeks. Just hope I don't blow out a knee.

Nothing better than an afternoon pick up game of any kind - softball, football, soccer.......
