But its a 6 plus... or whatever the big one is that came out 2 years ago lol.
I am perfectly happy with it. I don't really need improvements. The fingerprint thing is a bit hit or miss so perhaps the face ID would be better if I can get over my insecurities about it.
As for the cost of a phone... It does so much and I use it so often, that it justifies the price for me. That is like the price of eating at restaurants 16 times for the wife and me. (thought that would make an argument FOR the iPhone's price but I must really like eating out, lol)
I am not the fan of Apple that I used to be but I'm not sure it matters much to me either.
