it pretty big news around here.. lots of people totally PO'd on Facebook.. I think I stated that Kroenke also got one of the other local lakes, Lake Kemp, as part of the Macgregor Ranch purchase.. That's a bit disturbing because not only do I have friends who lease their property on Lake Kemp, as well, its one of two main lakes in our water shed.. So, not sure how that works, but Kroenke could literally quadruple our water rates since a lake he owns is a primary source of water for the area...
