I like it that the news of what a cutthroat, heartless B he is has the Rams logo associated with that news. That'll do wonders for the brand, I hope those residents continue to publicize the needless action to "restore the shoreline" to the point it becomes a national news item. I doubt the residents are fouling it up by doing nothing more than making it their home.
There is more to this than that, I agree that once the present residents are out and all dwellings destroyed he'll build some moneymaking enterprise probably funded by the state through TIF's.
