but it confuses me.. how can you get a building permit, (that I can somewhat understand), or 'financing' on a project in which you don't own the land.. or at least have irrevocable rights to the land beyond the maturity date of the loan? Who would lend money without that assurance?
Seems to me lenders are going to take this to court with a vengeance. - JamesJM
