Gotta disagree with ya. It does get cold here. Iowa cold? no. But...

We have already have several days with freezing temps and it's hardly into January. Last Summer, we had heat indexes reach 105+ very often. We do get some crazy temperature swings. Florida can go from 84 and muggy to 31 degrees in a day.We also have a moisture issue that causes trusses n such to expand or shrink, depending on the weather. With the number of cracked seams I have, had it been foundation, I would see multiple cracks in the floor (We just refloored most of our house. I have no verticle cracks on interior walls and no bricks have separated on the exterior. We had a rather long and quite hot Summer and are now having quite a chilly Fall and Winter.

My Wife has family in Michigan. She told me that sometimes FUNERALS have to wait.
