Due to some health problems the last year, (AND some laziness), I have blown up to the most I've ever weighed. About a week ago I started dieting AND using my treadmill. I HATE the treadmill but right now we're still well over 100ยบ so until we drop below 90 I'll have to wait to get outside and along the dirt roads I normally use and prefer.
This is going to be a long haul.... I'm thinking 3 months to get down to a reasonable weight. I've never had to lose this much weight so at this moment I don't have a lot of confidence that I can do it. BUT.... I'm a week in and you have to start sometime, right?
