Think I mentioned it before...Even ex Braves Star, John Smoltz slammed Little League.

Saw the interview about 10-12 years ago. He mentioned how Little League somehow went from Late March to July to almost year round. She said that MANY kids have dead arms by the time they reach High School.

I was a kid of the 70s and 80s. We LIVED outside and constantly in the hot sun. But even so, I played a double header when I was 14 and was whooped. We practiced just 2-3 times a week. Now we hear of Baseball 6 days a week for 7-8 year olds with FOUR game Saturdays????
