That's our plan. Allow me to explain:
My wife's sister and her husband are diehard Niner fans. They are normally here on Super Bowl Sunday, also their kids.... they won't be tomorrow. It would be a bad mix. No, we've never fought, not even a harsh word... it's just 'uncomfortable' for them.
So tomorrow will only be my wife and I, my 2 daughters and my son-in-laws, and 5 of my grandkids. No idea what's on the menu. During games those who drink alcoholic beverages usually have beer, wine.... I rarely drink alcohol during games.
There will be a huge golf tournament in my home tomorrow. Just bought a golf simulator. Big net/screen with a projector. So we're playing Pebble Beach tomorrow. BTW.... my 13 year old grandson can now, as of yesterday, officially out drive me. I'm thrilled for him.... and also totally deflated because I'm a has-been.
Uncomfortable for them??! It would be unbearable for me!! Every time they cheered for the 49ers in MY house... I'd want to strangle them! Yeah... best they watch the game somewhere else would be FINE with me. I have never had alcohol during a game. It doesn't enhance the game experience for me at all... in fact I find it detracts from my enjoyment because it makes me sleepy. I had one drink with a burger meal one time before a game at The Dome and was so sleepy that I'm sure I dozed during part of the game. Never again. I have no idea how people can tailgate, drink copious amounts of alcohol before AND during a game, stay awake and be lucid all game long and on top of that... Drive home. I couldn't do it..
