was saying what you just said. That is: that playing in anything less than perfect weather (for fans, not players), was blasphemy. They want all creature comforts.... they deserve it, have earned it, are entitled to it, and if they don't get it then cancel the game.
I'm exaggerating, of course... BUT... fans want do want comfort, and demand it.
I've seen games in freezing rain, torrential rain, freezing temps, scalding temps, and loved every second of it... but that's me... and perhaps you... there aren't many of us left in existence these days.
