Sorry to say but Frank is a Herd and Rams expatriate. Once in a blue moon I think he peeks in, but no longer participates in any forum here. 2015-2017 was a tough, tough time to be a Rams fan from St Louis and I have to say, The Herd didn't make it any easier. Frank isn't the only one to head for the hills and not look back. A shame. I'm still here, though. I do more reading than posting these days.
Frank and I are busy relishing being grandma and grandpa to our one grandchild, Everett who will be 7 next month. Frank still goes to the gym just about every day. He's also into yoga. We both quit smoking in August, 2020 after almost 50 years of over a pack a day habit. Overall Frank is in better health than I am. We watch tons of drama on television as it's our main source of entertainment these days. We also watch all 162 Cardinals baseball games (even though this year they suck eggs), and, of course when football season starts... we watch every NCAAF and NFL game we can. We have a container garden on our deck and we have grow lights in the house where we grow tomatoes, strawberries, lettuce, and some herbs (basil, thyme, parsley). I'd love to grow a few other things (cucumbers, zucchini, potatoes, cantaloupe) but so far have not had much luck. This is our 3rd season in trying our hand at a little urban gardening. We're enjoying learning as we go as we are complete novices at this. It's wonderful when we can actually harvest and eat something we've grown ourselves.
How have YOU been?
