to see if its blown, or not.. I had read the capacitor thing fixes 95% of AC issues where the compressor doesn't fire up, so I believe you when you replaced yours and it didn't work.. I watched a video how to test those capacitors, so I'll test mine later today and go from there..

Definitely have access to the air handler - just hafta find the fuse.. thank you, again..
