YUP!! That was Episode 1 in Season 2- "Welcome Back, Carter". It was a super hot summer day and the air conditioning in the hospital wasn't working. There were repairmen working around the hospital trying to get the air conditioning fixed and they were in the ceiling in one of the trauma rooms when a patient was brought in by his brother. The guy had fallen out of a boat, wasn't conscious or breathing. Dr. Susan Lewis was trying unsuccessfully to use the paddles to get his heart going and the nurses were fussing at the air conditioning repairman in the ceiling to get out of there. Suddenly the repairman drops through the ceiling along with plaster, ceiling tiles, splintered lumber, etc. He fell on top of the patient they were trying to resuscitate and when he did, the heart monitor started going and the nurse says, "Well, we've got a beep!". It was kinda humorous.
