Frank is doing great. His health is good, he still goes to the gym every day, he eats really healthy (while I munch away on junk food), and delights along with me in the time we spend with our grandson. We pick Everett up after school three days a week and spend a couple of hours with him till his parents come and get him on their way home from work. It's the highlight of our week. Everett loves to help Frank make waffles.
