When I was getting some new reading glasses some years back the optometrist asked me if I'd like some computer glasses. He said it would help if you're looking at a computer screen often... I got a pair and believe it or not... they DID help.
But he also said they make glasses for night time driving... I didn't need a prescription for anything but reading in those days so I didn't get a pair. I'm going to have to look into that! Or maybe my optometrist is a quack and there is no such thing? - JamesJM
