Kupp, Johnson, Darius Williams, Michael Hoecht, Greg Gaines, Sebastian Joseph-Day, Morgan fox (?), Nick Scott, AJ Jackson, Van Jefferson are just a few off the top of my head that the Mcvay staff groomed from day one.
Then you have guys who did little to nothing before getting to the Rams. Austin Corbett, Leonard Floyd, Austin blythe, Robert Woods, Dante Fowler, A'shawn Robinson. These are all guys who were considered disappointing before going to the Rams and fixing their careers.
And what about guys who hadn't done much before Mcvay got there? It's easy to forget that people thoug Gurley was a jag after that awful second season he had. Mcvay's scheme turned him into a monster. Havenstein was okay, but he was in year one or two when Mcvay took over. He ascended with mcvay's staff.
And how about the fact that mcvay's coaching staff gets poached to the bone every season. Isn't that proof that the league notices what a good job he and his people do? And how about Mcvay getting hired at 29. Sounds like he must've been doing a good job in Washington.
