I've said it before on this board, with all these injuries I believe this team needs better strength and conditioning program/coaches. This team was clearly not in NFL football condition when the season started.

not the issue...this same staff was here when we had a run of being one of the healthiest teams in the NFL also.

The Rams have played the most number of games in the NFL the previous season with all of our playoff success and last year with a shortened offseason as we played into February is most likely the main issue and just plain bad luck...you can be the strongest dude in the NFL and still get stepped on the wrong way(ask Aaron Donald)
