Is the bar that low?
It is when your only other option is the Wolf!
The kid has only been getting 3rd string reps while the Wolf got all the QB2 reps and IMO, Perkins still went out there in a VERY tough environment and played better than the Wolf could have under those same circumstances.
The Wolf would've gotten killed yesterday because he isn't mobile enough to get away like Perkins did.
Nobody is saying Perkins is the "answer" or a "measuring stick" for our QB2 BUT he is our best option right now. It's that simple.
Perkins>The Wolf so you always want to play the better player.
I prefer a VET QB2 but I know with so many other holes to fill next year, that might not be possible. I would still bring in as many QB's as I could until I found one that is better than everyone else...even if it isn't Perkins.
Let the best man win the job!
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
