If they put Tutu on the PS another team could sign him away. He was our second round pick. We would lose him for nothing. That wouldn't bother lost here. Instead there would be a cheer. Until, one day, we play against him and we don't have anybody to cover him and he beats us deep at will. Think of a team like the Packers who have a QB who loves to throw deep and enough OL to try those types of passes.
