McVay is absolutely part of the problem. As great as McVay has been since he got here, we ALL have seen his "warts" too. His desire to abandon the run game and go pass happy. Un-creative play calling at times especially in the Red Zone too.
Of course we ALL know our main issue are the OL injuries BUT that doesn't excuse McVay from adjusting better to what he has on the field.
Having said that, I think McVay comes out of this season a BETTER HC. It will also carry over to making us a better team too. IMO, this mess will force him to address the issues head on and I think he does just that.
This will be a challenge for McVay and one I am sure he is up for. He is facing the biggest adversity of his coaching career. How he responds will determine our future for us. I have faith he is up to the task!
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
