Oldnotdead seems to rant on and on but his rant has very little basis or facts, he just sounds bitter and pissed off like most of us Rams fans are right now, but he just doesn't hit the mark with facts...in fact it seems like he just makes stuff up.
It's hard to criticize a coach for who starts and who doesn't because we don't see practice and we don't know what the coach sees or doesn't see that causes certain guys to play and start and others to rot on the bench.
Lewis doesn't start and never has. Maybe he should since he might be a decent pass rusher but we will never know.
Gaines has been hurt all year which has led to his decline in play, it's not where he lines up.
I agree with him on Rapp, not how he is aligned but the fact that he plays... it's far more concerning about the depth behind him that allows him to stay on the field.
I am not a fan of some of what the Rams do on D, but Morris is a good coach and he proved it to me last year. He may not be that aggressive but we don't know what he does about his personnel and what the HC wants from him. Raheem can coach period...I just wish he would be more creative at times and at the very least try to show different things before falling back into the shell.
The Rams problem isn't D this season and anyone who blames the D and Morris for this year's struggles is missing the boat.
