This defense never seems to have clicked with Long. He looked completely lost last year, and doesn't seem to be any better this season.
He did well in the playoffs, but I wonder how much having Weddle back there to guide him helped.
Darious Willims didn't seem to fit either, Burgess hasn't worked out and Rochell has disappeared.
While I'm hesitant to say it's all coaching, this does feel like whatever Morris to instructing isn't getting through somehow.
Though, it's a two-way street as well.
