Article is pretty spot in. If you are going to have a very top heavy roster cap-wise you better scout very well and develop. We haven't and that is why the window of opportunity with this core is shorter than we hoped. I would disagree that we have had success in the late pics and UDFAs as well, average at best. We thought players like Gaines, Fuller, Edwards, Rochelle were great values but all have leveled out or regressed. Hopefully some of the recent ones like Jackson, Durant, and Lake develop quickly.
