If a team captain and player with the stature of Bobby Wagner makes a point to come talk to you - twice - after a flare-up, even if you were still heated up when it happened, that should make an impression. Better than being isolated by your teammates. Then to have Morris, who is a player's coach in the positive sense, come over and exhort you should also, when things have settted down, make an an impression.
My hope is that his teammates surround him and uphold him and hold him accounatble, Morris gets into his ear, and he grows. If he's making a sincere effort his
occasional flareup will be OK. If he's recalcitrant or regresses, that won't be OK.
I hope he makes it - and contributes something to the team that we need from him - if he can rush from the edge he could be thew missing piece the D needs most. I love triumph of the underdog, winning inner battles and succeeding, overcoming impossible odds, redemption stories. Especiallyif they're true.
I'd like to hear Jalen Ramsey's take. As a player, he mentors the young guys. As a treammate, what could he do for Tak?
Could be some interesting stories here - or the guy could blunder himself into obscurity.
