Gotta give McVay credit for thinking outside the box with Skow.

It is nice to see a different alignment with a fullback type formation.
They did run effectively with Skow lead blocking the one time. It kind of backfired the other time.
TBH, I felt that McVay went pass happy on the drive where they settled for the FG.

It will be. I don't expect Van until game 4.

WTH is up with AD? Just not the same ‘want to’ this year.
I am not buying that so much. I do think that with Mariota and his running aspect might have caused Morris to "shell" more than collapse the QB. Someone like Youngblood might clarify that notion. They have come right back and face Murray. Might have been wise to pace himself.

Anybody else expected more from Wagner?
I did not. He showed some weathering over the course of the last season or so. I didn't expect to see him on the field full time: That's for sure.
Not sure I'm looking for him to be the impact player of his youth, but more the intuitive containment, and keep everything in front of him player, now.
