It doesn't matter where he is on the depth chart right now. But if he stays healthy I can see him as #4 WR as he can play all 3 positions. He's a willing blocker which is a requirement. He's can be a true XWR behind Robinson. He's faster and has better hands than Skowronek, and he's a willing STs player. Until he proves otherwise Tutu is a change of pace player and a gadget player. Tutu is also limited to Y & Z WR positions (i.e. off the LOS).
McCutcheon can become an absolute stud of a WR in this offense. When they go 4 WR I'm betting he will be #4. He's got the speed, size and hands to threaten in that 15-20 yard range (i.e. just like Robinson).
