I don't disagree with the analysis except that Skow will be active on game day while McCutcheon will probably be inactive due to special teams. Maybe if Van is inactive for a few games McCutcheon will be active as the 3 WR.
McCutcheon can play on teams, too. I like his chances to be active early on this year. And McCutcheon will come back for a pass while Jefferson often doesn’t.
Honestly,, I think McCutcheon might start stealing snaps from Jefferson at some point this year. All the kid does is catch virtually any pass thrown to his area code.
I thought I heard Snead say he didn't think McCutcheon would be part of the 48. I figured that meant he didn't earn a spot on Special teams. Surely McCutcheon is a better WR than Skow.
