he's letting coordinators call these games and he's overseeing the actual play of the players. I just hope he doesn't get so into the planning stages of things so as he can't see the forest through the trees type thing.
I hope he doesn't go too far into the perfection thing where he presses....when you press for things they rarely come to fruition.
He's a smart guy, he learned his mistakes in losing his 1st SB....but he also has things to learn from WINNING one as well....Not so much worried, not worried at all, just making a viewpoint.....
