Yup, pass first....

I have not seen enough of Perkins to really make a good assessment... only hi-lights... and in those I'm skeptical of his arm. What I have seen, (admittedly not enough), Perkin's passes remind me of a Ray Guy punt... helium filled footballs hanging in the air almost in defiance of physics. That's a bit exaggerated, of course... but I have not seen a Perkins deep ball that I thought NFL worthy as yet.
