I think Wolford is a better NFL QB than Perkins, and it's not even close. Yeah Perkins has elite run skills, but his arm just isn't up to the NFL level. Never seen him throw a 20 yard rope. Perkins would struggle If an NFL defense was schemed against him (keep him contained and make him beat you with his arm).
Wolford has a decent arm and decent mobility. I've often seen Wolford make smart decisions and then throw a dart to the open man.... Perkins just can't beat you with his arm.

I still prefer my QB to be able to be able to complete passes first, and scramble if he has to, second.
Wolford does a little of both. Perkins looks great when he is running around but that's not my preference.
NFL starting defenses are too darn good if your trying to beat them while being so one dimensional.
I'm still holding out hope that Wolford can improve as a passer in case he is called into action. Playing with the Rams starting OL might help him out with that. Running the entire regular season offense could help as well.
I think that Perkins is still miles behind the Wolf in that area.
