Re: Von Miller conundrum

Yes, that is always a possibility, Dynasty.

But I am comforted by 3 things.

1. Rams remain the most perfect matchup for OBJ in the entire league. The player and the team are perfect for each other. No other team can quite match that.

2. OBJ won’t be able to play until November. This will suppress the normal frenzied market for his services that might otherwise be occurring now. This is not a ‘normal’ FA for OBJ.

3. Rams will have numerous players assisting in recruiting OBJ not the least of whom will be Matthew Stafford. Heck, it’s already started. Stafford and OBJ made beautiful music together during that brief pairing last year and I’m sure they both want more of it. A lot more. Few, if any teams or QB packages in the entire league can match such a golden opportunity for OBJ.

I am cautiously optimistic that OBJ will be signed to some kind of modified 3 year contract that makes sense for both sides.
