Rams can make a deal with him from a position of strength and OBJ knows it. I don't look for him to sign until after the season begins. If the Rams WR group stays healthy he does not have much bargaining power. Personally, I think the Rams are fine without him and I like OBJ but not for more than 2 million for the 8 or 9 games, he will be healthy for.
