I believe it just came down to being afforded the opportunity, without the injuries at TE I doubt Hopkins sees the field, but give the young man credit, in the biggest game of his career he came up big. He as well as Blanton showed they have the ability to produce, and the game was not too big for either of them.
Kudos to those two young men and now I believe there will be more trust to go to them in more games.
