A.) Wolford or Perkins throwing to Kupp, Robinson, Jefferson, Skowronek, Higbee, Blanton, Hopkins, Harris, Akers, Henderson (and possibly OBJ)

B.) Stafford throwing to Robinson, Jefferson, Skowronek, Higbee, Blanton, Hopkins, Harris, Akers, Henderson (and possibly OBJ)
For me it's an easy choice: B
Not necessarily because I think Stafford is better than Kupp, or even that Stafford is a better QB than Kupp is at WR. It's because the drop off at QB without Stafford is significantly greater than the drop off in potential receivers without Kupp.
