Rams don't have a "deep safety" or a 'free safety' --with Weddle there were odd things that went on---but that is a discussion for a different day.
Rams safeties are expected to do both and it is important to understand that. It's like the old yarn that Ramsey needs to "lock up" with the #1 WR and
follow him around in man coverage. That is not the way to win.
Now, that said, hopefully, Nick Scott will hold on to his job, and Fuller fully recovers, they look like the best combo of right- and left- safeties--
if we don't sign TM.
